Great hair salon in Old South, London, Ontario. I have very short hair and needed a cut as I was headed to an event the next day. I just walked in and the place was very busy. After a 20 minute wait they fit me in with Jim. I totally recommend them, but wait, there is a bonus….a bar in the back - but you have to be a customer!! I will be back.

Mic is amazing! My hair cuts are always exactly what I want and their colouring work is amazing! they are so talented! i would recommend mic for any unique colouring or haircut you can imagine! mic and everyone who works at JS Ryan are so kind and personable.

Fantastic place and great staff! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming which made a great first impression. My hairdresser Mic did a fantastic job with my hair, and was lovely to get to sit and talk to during my cut. Definitely my new go-to spot and hairdresser, and would highly recommend them for men's longer hair!

Highly, highly recommend! Very few places that claim to be inclusive are actually so, but I can recommend J.S. Ryan with confidence! They cut hair for people and aren't concerned with how someone presents or how they identify when they sit down in the chair. Carlos cuts my hair and my Mom has just started seeing Mic. I can't speak for any other staff in terms of cut quality, but every person I encounter is friendly, welcoming, and I assume also a great barber/stylist. Carlos always makes me feel completely at ease and I always leave feeling better about my look! I am always particularly impressed by how well my hair continues to look as it grows out. Carlos doesn't just cut a style that looks good in the moment; he thoughtfully, and patiently cuts hair so that it will still look good weeks later. He also has a really steady and impressive hand in terms of beard trimming! I really cannot recommend J.S. Ryan & Co enough! A true gem!
